Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use Zylo plugins on multiple computers?

Yes — each license covers 2 machines. You can deactivate a machine at any time from the Zylo account portal to free up a slot.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or made available. Our instruments are intangible digital goods — once accessed, they cannot be returned in the same way a physical product can. We strongly recommend evaluating our free trials before purchasing, and reaching out to our support team with any questions prior to making a purchase.

Are updates free?

Yes. All minor and major updates within the same major version are free. You'll receive a notification inside the plugin when an update is available.

Is AAX / Pro Tools supported?

AAX support is currently in development and planned for a future release. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

I lost my license key — what do I do?

Log into your Zylo account at any time to retrieve your license keys. If you don't have an account, reach out via the contact form below with your order confirmation email.

The plugin isn't showing up in my DAW.

Make sure you selected the correct plugin format for your DAW during installation (VST3 for most Windows DAWs; AU for Logic/GarageBand). Then rescan your plugin folder in your DAW's preferences. If the issue persists, contact us.
