End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Zylo Instruments governing your use of Medrone, Orbit Weave, Zylodelay, and Zyloverb (the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, Zylo Instruments grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to two (2) computers owned by you for personal or professional music production.

2. Free Trial

Trial versions are for evaluation only, may include watermarking or time limits, and may not be used for commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software or license keys; reverse engineer or decompile the Software; modify or create derivative works; or share your license key or activation credentials.

4. License Keys

Keys are personal and non-transferable. Zylo Instruments may deactivate keys that have been shared or misused. Lost keys may be recovered via support with your purchase email.

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Zylo Instruments retains all intellectual property rights.

6. Updates

Your license includes minor/patch updates (1.0 to 1.x). Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ZYLO INSTRUMENTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZYLO INSTRUMENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

9. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease use and destroy all copies.

10. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the United States.
